Pamper your guests.  Great recipe for breakfast or brunch.
2 ½  c. flour
½ t. salt
1 ½  tsp. cinnamon
¾ c. butter, softened
1 c. chopped pecans
¼ tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk

Spray 13 x 9 pan.  Combine flour, brown sugar, ½ c. sugar, salt and 1 tsp. cinnamon in
bowl.  Mix in butter until crumbly.  Remove 1 1/2 c. of mixture and add nuts.  Press
1 ¼  . c. of nut mixture in bottom of pan.  Take remaining ¼ c. of nut mixture and add ½
t. cinnamon, nutmeg, and 2 T. sugar for topping.  Mix remaining cup of nut mixture into
crumb mixture.  Add baking soda, egg, and buttermilk.  Mix ½ minute.   Pour batter
over crumb mixture in pan.  Sprinkle with topping.  Bake 40-50 min. at 350*
