Peach Crumb Pie
Filling
5 cups sliced peaches
½ c. brown sugar
11/2 T. cornstarch
2 t. lemon juice
½ t. cinnamon
1 pie crust, unbaked
Topping
1 c. flour
½ c. brown sugar
½ c. butter
½ c. chopped pecans
Prepare pie shell. To make filling, combine peaches with sugar, cornstarch, lemon
juice, and cinnamon. Place in pie shell. To make topping, combine flour and brown
sugar. Cut in butter and add cinnamon and nuts. Bake pie at 350* for 40-50 minutes.
