10 peaches
1 c. water
1 c. chopped, toasted pecans
½ tsp. nutmeg
1 T. butter
½ c. corn syrup
½ c. brown sugar
1 t. cinnamon
2 T. lemon juice
½ t. lemon zest
Peel and slice peaches. Make syrup with sugar, corn syrup, water, lemon juice, zest, and
cinnamon. Bring to a simmer and cook until reduced and thickened enough to coat a
spoon. Add peaches and butter. Great over Homemade Vanilla ice cream!
